Associate Director of Programs

The Associate Director of Programs provides leadership in developing, implementing and administering innovative, effective programs that realize the museum’s mission and follow the organization’s educational framework. This employee leads the programs team in developing offerings that attract diverse audiences, drive repeat visitation and contribute to the financial stability of the organization by fostering revenue streams. This employee provides leadership in curriculum development, program logistics and evaluation, ensuring that educational offerings consistently offer the highest quality visitor experience. This employee serves on the leadership team to synergize resources to achieve the museum’s strategic objectives and future growth.

Public Programs Coordinator 

The Public Programs Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and developing programs and formats serving the public in support of the museum’s mission and strategic goals while contributing to the organization’s financial stability. Duties include program development, program coordination, supervising program staff, and providing oversight of project deliverables. Primary program areas include: Thinkery21, Parents’ Night Out, Gingerbread Workshops, Sensory Friendly Hours and Family Nights. Position also assists with the coordination and implementation of birthday parties, camps, and special events as needed.

Marketing & Communications Manager

The Marketing and Communications Manager oversees effective and efficient development of the museum’s branding and communications both internally and externally. This employee works closely with the Director of Development & Marketing to create all written and visual representation of Thinkery consistent with the Museum’s vision, values, mission and strategic priorities. This employee works closely with the Director of Development & Marketing and other staff to ensure audience-centric marketing, communications and branding deepens engagement with current stakeholders, promotes our services, and attracts and serves diverse audiences. This employee serves as a member of the museum leadership team to synergize resources to achieve our vision while meeting annual revenue goals.

Marketing Specialist

Thinkery is seeking an energetic and resourceful individual to provide general support of the Marketing team. The Marketing Specialist primarily supports the efforts of Thinkery’s Marketing team to extend its brand and messages through various types of communication channels, including social media, blog writing, photography and website maintenance. This position works closely with all departments to support the promotion of news about the museum’s exhibits, programs and special events.
