Literacy First: AmeriCorps Recruitment & Outreach Coordinator

The Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator (Training Specialist II) is a dedicated, driven member of our team who cares deeply about literacy and early childhood education and is committed to finding high-quality tutors for the Literacy First AmeriCorps program. 

The Recruiter is responsible for managing and executing the recruitment operational plan and overseeing the tutor application lifecycle; Literacy First hires 80 tutors each year from a national pool of applicants. The Recruiter also makes connections and builds relationships with local outreach and community partners. The Recruiter reports to the Literacy First Operations Manager and assists with operational and onboarding tasks as needed.

Pay Range: $37,712 - $42,712
