The Central Texas Food Bank is looking for a Children’s Programs Manager to lead our Child Hunger Strategy Team. The Children’s Programs Manager is a key member of the Programs team and plays a lead role in managing CTFB’s direct client distribution programs with a specific focus on children’s programming, including Kids Cafe/CACFP, Summer Food Service Program (SFSP), and the BackPack program. As the Children’s Programs Manager, you will support both internal and external program operations, act as a liaison between the Food Bank’s program host sites and the Central Texas Food Bank, play a key role in building strategic relationships with existing Food Bank program partners and identify new strategic partnership opportunities. In addition, you and your team will be responsible for monitoring Food Bank program partners for compliance in distribution, policy requirements and Civil Rights. The Children’s Programs Manager works independently and collaboratively with Food Bank staff across departments to plan, manage, and implement overall program activities. The Donor Relations Manager is two parts major gift officer and one part donor operations manager.
