You are known for your adept writing skills, organization, detail-oriented nature, and ability to empathize with clients, co-workers, and media. We are a small but hearty PR | Design | Strategy firm founded in Austin a decade ago and known for our expertise in cultural and entrepreneurial realms. We’re discerning about what projects we take on and everybody on the team gets a say in the work we do. We take our work seriously, but not ourselves. Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree in public relations, journalism, (or comparable study/job experience);
  • 2-4 years experience in mass communication and public relations with proven success;
  • Strong writing skills are essential to this position;
  • Exemplary people skills with the ability to use tact, discretion, and good judgment in client relations and media communications settings;
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office, Cision, Social Media Tools, Email, Google, and the Mac platform.

We’re offering a contract position with 90 day period to probable hire with merit raises considered annually from FT hire date. Pay is dependent on experience and commensurate with a locally-based boutique agency working with small business and nonprofit clients.
