About our speaker:
Stacy McCracken is the Director of the Baylor Executive MBA Program in Austin. She is also the founder and CEO of Impact and Lead. Her business focuses on strategic planning and executive coaching. In addition, Stacy serves as an independent certified trainer and speaker with the John Maxwell Team.
Stacy holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Auburn University.
Since 1992, Stacy has served people working in various industries including non-profits, high-tech, automotive, manufacturing, and higher education. She helps individuals and teams find solutions to their tough problems. She truly believes that one person and one action can make a REAL difference.
On the Personal Side
Stacy has been happily married to Scott since 1989. She has two amazing young adult sons, Derek and Alek. She also has a beautiful yellow lab named Sandy.
During the fall, she loves watching the Baylor Bears and the Auburn Tigers play football.
Stacy loves adventure especially if it involves travel or scuba diving. She is an avid reader – you’ll likely to find several books on her nightstand or on her Kindle.
